With particular experience in executive disciplinary hearings, David advises clients on investigations, regulatory compliance, employment law, litigation, corporate governance, risk analysis and legal strategy.
He holds an MBA, an LLB, and a BCom from the University of Cape Town and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. His background includes senior roles at leading law firms and forensic advisory businesses, as well as experience as in-house counsel and a former State Prosecutor.

She holds an LLB cum laude from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Business Management. Her combined legal and commercial background supports a practical, evidence-led approach to forensic and compliance matters.
